DEPLOYMENT / IMPLEMENTATION
Whenever and wherever your system encounters a situation, our technical support team is available to resolve, identify your concern, and provide solutions to minimize system interruption.
- Initial site visit & consultation.
- iAssist®, to be received by you, 1 – 2 days before installation.
- Deployment team to arrive in the morning, uncrate robot, map and program the iAssist®. (average time 3 hours).
- During service you will use the iAssist®, while the deployment team observes.
- During service, the deployment team will make changes as needed.
- Our team provides on-board training to the customers team to ensure they become comfortable and confident with their new team members.
- Follow up call 7 days to 10 days after deployment, changes to programming to be made remotely as requested.
